Actually, most of PDF readers enables users to modify the PDF to a 90°/180° clockwise to read. Both free and paid version. Here, we will take the Adobe Reader as an example. After you free download and install theAdobe Reader, run it. Then click the "File > Open" to find the target PDF file you need to rotate, and open it. Just hit "View" menu, scroll to the "Rotate View". Here you can choose either "Clockwise" or "Counterclockwise" to rotate the PDF files. Or you can use the shortcut links of the Adobe Reader to turn the PDF document. Press the "Shift, Ctrl, +" three buttons at the same time, you will find your PDF file is rotated clockwise, or hit the "Shift, Ctrl, +" for rotating counterclockwise. Done!
