Open a PDF file in Adobe Acrobat.

Click the "Document" menu, then "Rotate Pages."

Choose the direction you want the pages to be rotated--"Counterclockwise 90 degrees," Clockwise 90 degrees" or "180 degrees."

Choose whether you want to rotate all the pages in the document or specify a range of pages.

After you free download and install theAdobe Reader, run it. Then click the "File > Open" to find the target PDF file you need to rotate, and open it. Just hit "View" menu, scroll to the "Rotate View". Here you can choose either "Clockwise" or "Counterclockwise" to rotate the PDF files. Or you can use the shortcut links of the Adobe Reader to turn the PDF document. Press the "Shift, Ctrl, +" three buttons at the same time, you will find your PDF file is rotated clockwise, or hit the "Shift, Ctrl, +" for rotating counterclockwise. Done!
